Linda S. Kranz

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

A seasoned marketing professional with a flair for program development, Linda excels in creating processes and procedures that translate plans into results. She manages PDI Global’s day-to-day operations and directs the company’s marketing, design, editorial and customer service functions. Additionally, she consults with clients on marketing planning and budgeting, marketing and sales integration, proposal development, lead tracking, niche marketing initiatives, and strategies for improving marketing effectiveness.

Before joining PDI Global in 2002, Linda was with the Chicago office of Arthur Andersen for six years. Her positions and accomplishments there include:

  • Marketing Director. Supervised a 55-person marketing team, developed office-wide marketing strategies, coached partners in plan implementation, managed the budget and redesigned the national marketing structure.
  • Marketing Shared Services Director. Managed eight functional teams to improve services to internal clients and partnered with business development professionals to integrate marketing and sales efforts.
  • Industry Marketing Manager, Technology and Middle Market Services. Launched a new practice niche, enhanced visibility, generated leads, developed new business and created an office-wide process for tracking marketing results.
  • Marketing Communications Manager. Developed and managed the new business proposal process, created and implemented an office-wide project evaluation system, and improved collateral and overall marketing service.


Previously, Linda was North American Marketing Services Supervisor for Grace Dearborn, a large chemicals manufacturer. Prior to that she developed training programs, enhanced operations and managed large teams of people in the restaurant and retail industries.

A business administration graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, Linda also holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and Business Marketing Association.
