Such information may be added to our database and used by PDI employees to process orders, respond to requests, prepare invoices, and communicate with individuals about PDI products or services. Such information may also be printed on documents kept in various files. All such information is used only for internal PDI purposes and is not shared with other parties.
All orders are processed through PDI’s secure server, which guarantees that no outside party will gain access to the credit or charge card information, personal information, or company information supplied by the person placing the order or sending an e-mail. PDI’s database is protected by a firewall and passwords on a secure server.
Individuals and businesses can request a printout of the information we have on them by sending a personally signed letter to PDI Global, part of the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, 625 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60611. PDI will call to verify the request before mailing the printout. Individuals and businesses can then request changes to their information by marking up and sending back the printout.
